I need to write out my thoughts on paper I need some sort of emotional and mental release.
There are a lot of fears, worries, and thoughts going through my mind all at once and it i can’t hear the world around me. I keep getting lost in the loud thoughts in my brain. They won’t stop screaming in my ears. They won’t let it go silent! Why won’t they go silent?! I can’t stop them. SOMEBODY HELP ME!
